New fintech solution streamlines customer meetings in Danish banks

BEC banks now get yet another significant upgrade of their digital customer experience with a new solution from the Danish fintech &money and BEC’s own innovation hub Scoutz.

A new fintech collaboration between the BEC development hub Scoutz and the partner &money is ready with a new 360 solution for customer meetings which will raise the customer meeting experience for bank advisors in the 17 banks and their customers.

BEC banks will be the first in Denmark to offer the new solution from &money, which will save advisors time on meeting planning and improve the customer meeting experience for both bank customers and advisors.

“We have worked on delivering a state-of-the-art solution, and that means that it is not just about simple meeting booking, but a solution that integrates our advisor universe with Office 365, making everything around customer meetings easier. It is a good example of how we at Scoutz make everyday life easier for both bank customers and advisors,” says Peter Smith, director of the BEC banks’ innovation hub, Scoutz.

The new solution makes it easy for customers to book meetings with the bank. The solution integrates directly with employees’ Outlook calendars and their digital advisor universe, where they have a complete overview of each customer. At the same time, it introduces a new dialogue tool that helps both advisors and bank customers to be well-prepared for the customer meeting, and a tool that makes it easy for the advisor to prepare a professional presentation for the meeting.

“For us as a bank, the new solution is very important because the customer meeting is one of our central focal points where we need to show customers what we can offer,” says Casper Kidmose, Department Director for Strategy, Digitalization, and Partnerships at Nykredit.

“In the entire meeting experience, we need to be sharp in front of the customer, and we need to offer new digital solutions that support the entire process around a customer meeting. We have received a good solution for this. It means a lot to our customers to be able to book the meetings themselves. We have also received a modern platform that we can develop over time – for example, with artificial intelligence in the future,” says Casper Kidmose.

Nykredit, Spar Nord, and Arbejdernes Landsbank have already tested an earlier version of the solution, and based on that, the other BEC banks are now gradually rolling out the new, improved solution, which later this year will allow for online meeting booking directly for customers.
