Jacek Jankowski

Business Intelligence Competence Manager

I am very much excited about the great value business intelligence solutions bring for companies and how decision making can be improved thanks to data driven insights. Over the years I have shared that excitement and supported many data and analytics passionates grow their careers and excel in what they do.
My experience in the field comes from several years of engagement as a developer, analyst, solution architect, consulting manager and business development manager. That experience helped me grow delivery organizations and solve the business problems of top global and regional companies.

Evgenii Nurminskii

DevOps & Cloud Competence Manager

Apart from my family, I enjoy two things in life – help others to become better and create systems that work unattended by automating processes and systems. I prefer not to be director and architect of the solution, but co-creator – by working with the team, inventing something that will be able stay and continue to work after for years. As well as I like to share I like to learn from others – even if they have just started in IT – so keeping it humane – is my superpower.

Maciej Górnicki

Java Competence Manager

I love the feeling when old, proven patterns collide with innovative, disobedient concepts and lead to a new balance making the best of both. Life made me become a full stack-to-backend convert. As a JVM-oriented software developer experienced in banking and insurance, I understand the complexity of business processes. Still, I believe that simplicity is a guide every engineer should follow. Being an advocate for domain-driven approaches, I strive to make self-documenting code that screams business rules. I like teaching people and learning from them at the same time. It’s a win-win! And I believe in partnership, whether it’s during development teamwork, workshops or training.

Maciej Zadworny

Salesforce Competence Manager

I am an experienced Project Manager, marketer, and Salesforce professional. I managed numerous projects in areas like mobile and web development, infrastructure, and marketing.

For the past couple of years, I have strictly focused on Salesforce. I managed implementation, built support teams, and did administration and development of Salesforce. I’m passionate about the platform and absolutely excited to share that with our talents!

I am also a trainer with experience teaching about project management, personal effectiveness, and IT tools. I have delivered training for many companies and numerous individuals. I was also invited to speak during various conferences, most notably during the Salesforce Education Summit and Salesforce Live Warsaw.

I strongly believe building healthy and kind relationships with all people that I have the pleasure to work with is the best way to achieve long-term success and personal growth for all.

  • opportunity to talk about employee’s aspirations, goals for the future and actions that need to be taken to ensure full potential growth

How many working hours and how much flexibility should I expect?

During the summer camp starting in August, training is conducted from 8:00 or 9:00 until 16:00 or 17:00 (8h/day) – depending on the group and trainers.

In BEC Poland, our core business hours take place between 9:00-15:00, meaning you can start work between 7:00-9:00. You can choose to work full-time (40h/week) or part-time (32h/week). We provide flexibility for those of you who study.

How can I prepare myself for an interview?

During the recruitment process, we do our best to get to know you better from a technical and personality perspective. We want to ensure we hire top talented students and graduates with a high potential to grow, who share our most important values and want to be part of our culture.
